MARC T. MALAKOFF, Attorney at Law

Our founding attorney Marc T. Malakoff has over seventeen years experience in the fields of title and real estate law. Mr. Malakoff is a 1986 graduate of the American University Washington College of Law and is admitted to practice law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He has lectured on numerous occasions on real estate law in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, including seminars on behalf of HUD on such matters as settlement procedures and RESPA.
